This one is well known, a must visit place in the city. This is located in Saint Paul mountain range on the west side of Palawan, approximately 50 km north from the city.
In 2010, it has been known that the cave has a second floor which means there are waterfalls inside, rock formations, deep water holes in the rover, river channels, marine cultures and deep caves by the environmentalist and geologist. They also found a dome above the Subterranean River having 300 meters (980 ft). The river is one of the protected areas in the Philippines and governed by DENR (Department of Environment and Natural Resources) as well as the City of Puerto Princesa. It was declared as UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999 and one of Ramsar Wetland Site in 2012 and announced to be one of the New7wonders of Nature.
This is a good place for you to unwind and enjoy the view of the ocean. The baywalk has benches, food stalls and has lined up palm trees. There are also restaurants that serve seafood! This is situated in Rizal Ave., Brgy. Bancao-bancao. It is a museum that cherishes histories, and this one's for theWorld War ll. The names who fought against Japanese were on the wall and belonged to the Special Battalions. There are facts and figures in the museum that will give you knowledge from history. The typewriter and stenography was claimed to be used by Gen. Douglas McArthur in Manila. There are also rusting guns and ammunition, old vehicles, old paper denominations from Worl War ll and miniature war planes and ships.
