This house has been erected in 1931. It served as a secret meeting place for Filipino Guerillas during World War ll. It has become a bistro and display local paintings and handicrafts. The name in Balay means "house" and Tubay came from the name of their grandfather, it is located in Calle Real St., Buena Suerte originally owned by Sabas C. Robles.

Palawan has the richest marine life in the country. A home of sea turtles, sea snakes, large variety of corals such as staghord, table and massive. A BlackTip reef sharks seen in shallow waters and dolphin sightings which makes it a beautiful spot for diving.
